Compensation range: $65,000 - $95,000 base salary – compensation offer will be based on skills and qualifications.

LOCATION
Open to all office locations: Bellingham, Lynden, Wenatchee, and Yakima (On-site/Hybrid)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complete complex tax returns, compilations, reviews, and research
Direct and review the work of staff accountants
Plan, schedule, prepare engagement budgets, and interview clients
Train and supervise staff on routine accounting and tax engagements
Serve as client contact and liaison regarding engagement issues and informational needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or another relevant field required
Current and valid CPA license required
3+ years’ experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression of complexity of accounting tasks and tax knowledge, international experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical skills pertaining to tax preparation and review, tax compliance, agency correspondence and tax research
Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically
A demonstrated ability to self-direct and effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines
