Used only a few times.
My wife and colleagues have the same model at work and they use it every day, but at home we found we just don't use it (mostly because I tend to make a vat of coffee for the morning).
Pods are not expensive at all (about a dollar each when you buy a bunch of them) and available from multiple vendors.
Very compact size -- about 12" tall and 4" wide.
