A need for a nanny (sudden valley)

Hi! We have 3 wonderful kids.
Ages 4,2 and 7 months.
Looking for nanny help - Tuesdays and Thursdays.
9-12 with possibly more hours to come.
And occasional date nights.
Care would be for the 2 year old and 7 month old.
The 4 year old goes to school m-f.
