Alright so before you call me crazy for posting a Squier Bullet for 500 dollars, hear me out (lol).
This is probably one of, if not the most decked out Squier you'll ever come across.
It's got jumbo stainless steel frets, flattened 16 inch fretboard radius, refinished fretboard and neck in a hard oil based finish (very, very smooth and durable), rolled fretboard edges, Fender USA Yosemite pickups, D'Addario/Planet Waves autotrimming locking tuners and Graph Tech string trees.
The only stock parts left are the nut (these FSR models came with real bone nuts, so it's a quality piece), the bridge and the switch but I have a 4 way USA switch that I can include with the sale.
Parts and labor on this thing add up to around 800 dollars worth, not including the guitar itself.
Worthy monetary investment on my end? Absolutely not, but the result is in my opinion the best Telecaster you'll get for this price.
Guitar overall is in great shape.
No paint chips or major dings but it has been played quite a bit so there's a
little pickguard wear.
Frets are stainless steel so you'll probably never have to ever have them worked on due to wear and they'll stay mirror polished forever.
If you want a (relatively) cheap guitar that will last you a lifetime with stainless steel frets and an assortment of great parts, this is a solid contender.
Currently setup with 10-46 D'Addario XS strings in E standard and fairly low action at about 1.
2mm or 3/64 at the 12th fret.
