1930-1931 Bacon and Day Vintage Superbanjo 5 String - $2,000 (Bellingham)

1930 to 1931 Bacon and Day based on the Serial number.
It places it between 1930 and 1931 for the 29959 number.
It is in very good shape for a vintage instrument in my opinion, but it does show signs of use.
It has amazing sound, and is of course beautiful.
I had it appraised and had some repairs done for sale.
The value came in at the 2000 listing price post repairs.

This banjo has the wood based tone ring, not the Silverbell metal insert.

Things to disclose, There is some Fret wear, short bridge, and the neck angle might need some improvement.
Estimated repair for that was 500, but not deemed required.
