This is Knightly, a big, handsome boy I have been fostering for the past 6 months.
Here's Knightly's story:
He was a feral that started hanging around my farm and getting into fights with my barn cats.
I caught him and got him fixed, vaccinated, de-wormed, and he got flea meds.
I released him back onto my property after he got fixed and continued to feed him.
When the weather got really cold, I brought him inside a vacant tiny house and gentled him.
As you can see from the photos he is a real love bug now.
Besides eating tuna, Knightly likes nothing else then to have attention and cuddles.
I already have 3 cats and so am looking for an amazing home for him to go to.
He will need someone who knows cats, who is patient and kind, and who will let Knightly make the first move.
He can still be quite nervous and shy of new people and situations.
He will need time to adapt.
Ideally the best situation would be a stable, secure home
with a quiet, calm person who will love and care for him- that would suit Knightly the best.
And a home without other cats or dogs or loud noises.
I believe he would be quite okay with being an inside cat now
although having an option to be an inside/outside cat is always ideal if there is lots of land to roam on.
He has been enjoying being outside a couple hours/day lately.
The vet thinks he is about 2 years old and is approx.
15 lbs.
I will continue to foster him until I find a good place for him.
