Seeking artists, musicians, creators-three rooms available starting at $450 I am an artist and musician currently attending my final year as a student at Fairhaven College.
My former roommates have moved on and I would like to take the opportunity to create a living/ workspace with creative/ socially conscious individuals that enjoy living communally with shared goals.
Ideally this house would provide the physical space and social discourse for creative’s currently working on projects that would use the space to their advantage.
All rooms open starting.
-Large spilt level house very close to Whatcom Falls - Two car garage that has been converted into art studio space - Huge back yard, lots of baby deer sleep here! - There is already a house cat that rules the castle so no pets please.
- Cannabis and alcohol are ok but lets not loose our heads ok? -Shared space in the living room/ dinning room to be designed collectively.
-On site laundry -Bills split equally by members of house, not by room.
Three rooms available: Master bedroom with bathroom/shower/private deck: $450 All rooms require a refundable deposit of $250.
