Looking for a subletter for my room starting in December 2 beds, 1 bath in-unit wash/dry dishwasher pet friendly (sorry no cats, roommate is allergic to cats) rent: $465/month utilities/month.
The apartment is an 880sq ft 2-bed 1 bath and located in Happy Valley.
It has a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer.
My room comfortably fits a full-sized bed, a desk, and a small bookshelf.
There is some storage in the closet in the room as well.
There are 2 closets and a pantry in the main living area that can also be used as storage.
The apartment is pet-friendly and there is parking.
The apartment is right on the 14 bus line and only a few blocks away from the Buchanan Towers bus stop, which connects to all other buses in the area.
My roommate, Lauren, is a graduate student at WWU and will be staying in Bellingham into the summer.
