$835 / 1br - Private Room in 3B/3B Unit - $835 (Bellingham)

Hi all, I am currently looking for a student tenant to transfer my lease at Lark Bellingham to beginning January 2024, in time for the start of Western's Winter term.
The monthly rate is $835 with all utilities except electric included.
The space includes a fully furnished private room with an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet, and fully furnished communal space with a complete kitchen with in unit washing and drying! Wi-Fi and ethernet are both provided as well.
The lease term is until the end of August to allow those with Summer classes to have a place to stay, but tenants are always allowed to sublease so long as they can find a tenant to take over.
Rent: $835 + Electricity Bill All other utilities are included Additional Information: - Pets allowed - Reserved or unreserved parking will be an additional charge on top of monthly rent (As an estimate I currently have reserved parking which is $45)
