Quiet apartment, nice views, close to campus and right downtown, and I did a lease takeover too so price was less last September.
Pet free.
Can split paperwork fees upon move in but no deposit is required, 950 monthly until end of August lease, all bills including Internet covered except electric (10-20 average depends on heat, common area split evenly).
If you do lease takeover & pay transfer fee, this month is covered.
If you just need immediate spring quarter sublet let you can dm about options for that too since I'll be in bham this summer.
There's a gym, a resident rooftop louge, free laundry in building, paid parking option, extensive lobby w/ kitchen, and it is fully furnished with necessary appliances.
You'd share bathroom with one person and apartment with 3 others.
