I’m trying to move back home so I have a room available at Lark Bellingham.
This is primarily student housing so probably best if you’re a student but not a requirement! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible so I can go be with my family.
You’ll live with my two current roommates, however, your room will be on your own separate lease with your own bathroom.
Apartment is full furnished and comes with utilities except for Electricity.
Lots of other resources provided by the apartment like barbecues, hammocks, volleyball courts, a 24 hour gym, vending machines, printers, transportation to campus, etc.
Apartment’s decor is super cute with lots of plants.
My roommates are pretty easygoing, lgbtq+ friendly, they love plants & they have two cats! The cats are also very relaxed, super sweet and won’t really bother you at all if you don’t want them to.
They are super friendly if you do want them to bother you though :) Room can be available as soon as you need.
