Hello! My current housemate is moving out of our 2b/1b unit (part of a triplex) and I am looking to fill his room! It is 120 square feet and has a sliding window with a simple view of the side yard and an independent heating unit.

I am a 22-year-old man (he/him).
I am an extrovert who loves to play games and do fun activities.
I enjoy hanging around the house with friends or just myself to play all kinds of games or watch a show.
I also like to go out to clubs and raves, though I have only just moved to Bellingham so I haven’t done much of that yet.
I am a first-year student at WWU and I work as a server a couple of days a week.
I also enjoy bouldering, some amount of various arts, and eating good food I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and open to all genders filling the space! The unit is pet friendly provided you are willing to keep the place clean of their messes.
I like to keep my room and the house's main area clean and I hope you’ll do the same! Street parking is plentiful and some designated parking spaces for the whole triplex are outside the front door.
The rent is 997.
50 + electricity, garbage, and Wi-Fi(~$70).
First month, last month, and security deposit would be required upon move-in although we can spread those out across a couple of months if need be.
