This is a 4 bedroom house in Barkley Village, we are looking for a roommate or a couple (for $1,350) to move in Feb 1 - month to month until May.
I would prefer someone in similar age and lifestyle (later 20's - later 30's).
Living in the four bedroom house would be myself, my girlfriend and my 3 year old Golden Retriever, Randall.
We are looking to have one room filled in the four bedroom house, leaving a guest room and Zen Den room for anyone to use.
The whole house is furnished, including everything you need in the kitchen.
Roommate would have their own private bathroom, plus an extra bathroom on the main floor and access to the guest room for friends and family.
I work from home, but am very active and love to mountain bike, do yoga, snowboard, play frisbee amongst other activities.
I enjoy cooking meals, but also going out and hitting breweries and fun spots on the town.
I enjoy hosting company, but am not a partier and am looking for someone who is clean and organized as well.
I am originally from Chicago, spent a good amount of time in Lake Tahoe, CA and am most recently moving up from Seattle.
