New construction 2017, all pretty new appliances (on site washer/dryer + dishwasher), and overall the space is clean and new (no frozen pipes in winter time!).
No working from home-- occasional is okay but not a full time home-remote gig please.
Pets allowed by landlord.
We have cat allergies so no cats.
Well behaved, lovable dog/other pet is possible.
You share a bathroom with one other housemate.
1-car garage for storage & plenty of storage in the house.
Room is unfurnished, and we welcome additional communal space furniture.
Small fenced back yard, on a quiet street.
In Roosevelt neighborhood near to Barkley Village and the bike path.
This is a lease-take over, you will be replacing one of our housemates who is moving out.
The lease goes until end of September, with the option to renew.
No month to month.
We love community, outdoors, cooking, skiing, climbing, gardening, etc.
