Super close to a bus line.
Chill quiet spot, two dogs and one cat.
The room is downstairs and the bathroom down stairs is seldom used (so it would basically be considered your bathroom) Fireplace and wood stove garden area and fenced backyard.
Must be ok with signing a lease and have steady work/income.
