House is surrounded by a colorful garden, is less than a 10 minute walk to downtown, and blocks away from Nelsons Market Cafe and Grocery Outlet.
It’s a great location for someone without a car as the downtown bus depot is also a short walk away.
Month to month lease.
Room can be furnished with a queen bed, night stand, and dresser if needed.
Single occupancy only and no pets (unless they are in an aquarium or terrarium).
Washer/dryer on site.
