$750 / 4br - Roomate Needed for Happy Valley Townhouse (Bellingham)

Private room in a 4-bedroom townhouse in Happy Valley.
We are 3 male roommates looking for a 4th roommate to take over a full year lease starting 7/11/24.
Location is a townhouse in Happy Valley just down the street from Pizza Time.
The place has an in-unit laundry machine, dryer and a dishwasher.
The room available is a decently-sized private room on the 3rd floor that shares a bathroom with one other roommate.
On-site parking is provided for free, and in case you don’t have a form of transportation, the 105 bus stops right next to our apartment! Rent is through Landmark and is $750 a month plus ~$60 in utilities for garbage, electricity, and water.
Additionally, our roommate moving out is offering to sell his full-size bed frame and mattress for a good price.
The 3 of us staying are Esci, Business, and Math majors.
We're not huge party animals but often have our friends or partners over.
We are looking for a roommate who is clean, friendly, and 420-tolerant.
