We've been here since September so we're still breaking this home in! We're artists, healers and optimists.
Meditaters, dancers, singers, plant moms and so much more.
Creating a living space that is comfortable, cozy, open and full of magic, art, healing and play.
We celebrate but don't “party”.
We're currently hosting weekly craft nights and plan on hosting intimate house shows, and fire pit storytelling sessions, etc.
We don't need to be hanging out all the time, we have our own lives and passions and we value our alone time however we want to live with someone whose company we enjoy.
We’re looking for someone who is creating their own magic and excited to bring it to the table.
We have one dog already (that isn't friendly with other dogs in his own home) so no more pets.
He’s super sweet and likes to bark a bit and greet you at the door when you come home or often when people are out front.
The Space:
Private landlord, 3 bedroom 2 bath house near Joe’s Gardens, on the bus line, near the arboretum, WWU and the freeway.
Established garden, fully fenced yard with a patio area.
The room available is right off the kitchen and is not huge but big enough to fit a queen sized bed with some room to spare and excellent closet space.
(The bed in the picture does not come with the room, but possibly the mattress could if you're interested).
Good sized living room with a gas fireplace and a piano.
Bright, open kitchen with lots of natural light.
Garage for bikes and tools and additional off street parking.
W/D and dishwasher.
You'd share a bathroom with one other person.
If you need a room/home that is super quiet, this is not the space for you.
We're not exceptionally loud people however this room has 2 doors opening into the kitchen so it picks up a lot of the echo-y kitchen sounds.
$767/month plus utilities (currently around $100/mo)=gas, electric, internet and trash (rent could be cheaper with yard work trade, to be established with landlord).
$333 deposit.
This could be a month to month sort of deal but we'd prefer that you're a good fit and want to stick around a while (the lease is up the end of September).
