Requirements:
We are currently seeking an Accounting & Contracts Manager at MSNW Group, LLC, located in Ferndale, WA, with the flexibility to work remote.
This could be a part-time position, or full-time depending upon the candidate.
This position will handle financial reporting, manage accounts payable/receivable, maintain contractual documents, and oversee contract compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, and will ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Ideally 5+ years of experience in accounting and contract management
Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and contract law
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Figure it out factor is extremely important as we are implementing new software across our organization
Ability to juggle a multitude of tasks, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications
Certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Contract Manager (CCM) is a plus
Pay: $72 - $75
