*Job description* Study Groups would be nowhere without its successful sales team.
The Inside Sales Rep will join the team in building relationships with business leaders and generating membership sales.
This role will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making calls, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong interpersonal skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Sales Responsibilities • Be knowledgeable about the Study Groups offering to be able to conduct sales calls.
• Support existing Study Groups by identifying needs and working to fill open memberships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing members.
• Handle incoming leads and secondary memberships.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives, if needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Sales Team.
• Close sales and achieve quarterly goals.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
• Assist in Marketing initiatives and social media management.
• Utilize Zoho to track and manage sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Skills Needed • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and CRM.
Microsoft & Zoho Preferred.
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
• Analysis skills- Skill at using mental reasoning or research to gain insight into or solve problems.
• Proven inside sales experience.
• Track record of achieving goals • Strong phone presence and experience dialing many calls per day.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand members needs.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
