This position entails:

* On-site content collection: photos, videos, monthly specials, etc.
* Developing tailored messaging & creative strategies for each client

* Understanding and analyzing KPIs to meet performance goals
This position works closely with the team and reports directly to management.
Responsibilities include copywriting, short-form video and social media content development, analytics & reporting, developing client-focused campaigns to meet goals.
*Basic Skills Required*
* Copywriting
* Canva design basics
* Basics of video editing
* Intent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Pinterest
* Strong verbal communication
* Able to analyze organic campaign performance
* Self motivated and deadline oriented
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics platforms)
* Able to work with diverse industries that range from health centers to power equipment dealers
*Daily/Weekly Responsibilities*
* On-site content collection for monthly campaigns
* Developing monthly messaging that covers client's goals
* Copywriting
* Creating on-brand reels and social graphics
* Communicating client needs to team
* Proofing and scheduling social content
* Community platform engagement
* Presenting weekly and monthly analytics and generating annual performance reports
* Represents Swell Media’s brand at business events
* Market research.
Ongoing research into client’s industries proposing adjustments to strategies and approach as necessary
* Additional duties as assigned
This position requires on-site, in-person work a few times a month, otherwise, the team works remotely.
