DNG is looking for a motivated and experienced business and sales analyst to serve as a trusted advisor to the sales managers and executive team.
DNG has growing regional West Coast and Mid-Atlantic market footprints.
NeuBeam services deliver diversified retail and large enterprise revenue streams from the company’s fiber and wireless network operations in 6 states (WA, MD, VA, ID, OR, and WV).
The Sales Performance Analyst will prepare and enhance NeuBeam’s sales analysis and reporting for each market.
This individual will establish analysis and reporting capable of measuring the business performance of NeuBeam products, sales channels, market penetration, and competitive features and pricing position.
The team will utilize the reporting and analysis to help build a high performing sales operation and will facilitate sustained growth in a rapidly changing marketplace.

*JOB DESCRIPTION* The position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Business Development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and evaluating sales operational performance metrics.
Tracks KPI’s against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.
Creates reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a proven track record of utilizing its advanced features to streamline processes, analyze data, and create insightful reports.
As an Excel specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets, automating tasks using macros and formulas.
*Core Responsibilities* * Provides weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Provides special reports and analyses to support the business as necessary.
* Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data.
Extracts data and provides analysis of master and transactional data.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
* Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information, and recommends changes to management.
* Develop and maintain spreadsheets to support various departments within the organization.
* Utilize advanced Excel functions and features to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and provide solutions.
* Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
* Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.
* Provides analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
* Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
* Provides analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
* Provides user feedback to management and helps influence future systems enhancements.
* Ensures accuracy of data through partnerships with team members.
Provides day-to-day validation and spot checks.
* May prepare reports to be used by other departments.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
* Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
* Occasional Travel may be required, and other projects as assigned.

*Education and Experience Requirements:* * 2-5 years of relevant experience * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
* Must have good interpersonal, writing and communications skills.
* Must be action and results-oriented, customer focused, a team player and adaptable.
* Proven ability to compile, analyze and present material in a clear concise manner.
* Advanced Excel experience * Familiar with Smartsheets, SharePoint, GIS software is desired but not required.
* Good computer skills and knowledge of basic software packages.

*Compensation:* * Annual compensation $55,000-$70,000 annually DOE * 17 days PTO and 10 paid holidays * Company paid health, vision and dental insurance programs * Company 401K retirement plan with matching component * Company paid $100,000 life insurance plan Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
