As the Skilled Nursing Admission Marketer, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow-up processes while ensuring exceptional customer service.

_*Responsibilities:*_
* Record and manage information related to inquiries, admissions, and discharges, maintaining accurate daily census reports.
* Coordinate the inquiry process and guide prospective residents through the admission process, completing necessary paperwork efficiently.
* Provide timely updates to facility representatives regarding admissions.
* Maintain monthly census records, collaborating closely with the Business Office for accuracy.
* Share information on referral leads, admissions, and discharges regularly.
* Communicate effectively with various departments and external agencies to ensure smooth admissions processes.
* Evaluate referrals to determine admission candidacy, including home visits or liaising with community agencies as needed.
* Foster strong relationships with referral sources and keep them informed of bed availability.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
_*Qualifications:*_
* A minimum of one year experience in admissions and marketing within a skilled nursing facility, preferably with supervisory experience.
* Healthcare knowledge preferred.
* Marketing knowledge preferred.
* Successful completion of a criminal background check.
* Proficient knowledge of Medicare, HMO, and AHCA regulations.
* Proven experience in customer service-oriented roles.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Point Click Care.
