*Overview*
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Manager to join our team in Blaine, WA.
This pivotal role involves leading outbound sales initiatives for two dynamic companies: Augusta Lawn Care, a growing franchise with 150+ locations, and Copilot CRM, an innovative software system designed to enhance the profitability of home service businesses.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales strategies for both Augusta Lawn Care franchise opportunities and Copilot CRM software solutions.
- Lead the process of scrubbing and compiling lists of business owners and contacts within the home service industry, ensuring a targeted and efficient outreach approach.
- Build, train, and manage a high-performing team of outbound sales professionals, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Craft compelling sales scripts tailored to the unique value propositions of Augusta Lawn Care and Copilot CRM, optimizing them for clarity, impact, and conversion.
- Oversee the daily operations of outbound calling and email campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Provide hands-on coaching and training to sales team members, enhancing their skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, target audiences, and sales collateral.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in outbound sales.
*Qualifications*
- Proven track record of success in an outbound sales leadership role, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, and lead a team of outbound sales professionals.
- Strong experience in developing sales scripts, conducting market research, and executing targeted sales campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Deep understanding of the home service industry and the challenges faced by small business owners in this sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
