*Job Description:*
We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Media Buyer to manage and execute ad campaigns for two of our prominent companies: Augusta Lawn Care and Copilot CRM.
Augusta Lawn Care is a thriving lawn care franchise with over 150 locations, dedicated to providing top-notch lawn care services.
Copilot CRM is an innovative software system designed specifically for home service business owners, aiming to streamline their operations and enhance customer relations.
*Responsibilities:*
- Develop, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube tailored to the unique needs and goals of Augusta Lawn Care and Copilot CRM.
- Collaborate closely with our team to integrate provided creative content and video into compelling ad campaigns.
- Implement strategic ad variations and continuously test ad performance across platforms.
- Proactively identify low-performing ads and refresh content every 7-10 days to optimize campaign performance.
- Provide insightful feedback on creative content and suggest a variety of video creatives that can be utilized for enhanced engagement and conversion.
- Utilize Hyros or another sophisticated lead tracking software to meticulously track and attribute leads from ad campaigns.
- Deliver a clean, comprehensive weekly metrics dashboard to report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Excellent command of the English language and outstanding communication skills to ensure smooth and prompt interactions.
- Ability to work closely with our team to understand the vision and requirements of Mike Andes, the founder, who is also a recognized online influencer in the industry (more details at MikeAndes.

- Creative acumen to work with our existing ad creative and video content, with an eye for detail and the ability to produce high-converting ad variations.
- Experience with lead tracking software, preferably Hyros, to ensure accurate tracking of campaign performance and lead attribution.
- Capacity to provide a clean, easy-to-understand weekly metrics dashboard that captures the essence of campaign performance and actionable insights.

- We have allocated an initial ad spend budget of $10,000/month
