We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing and Social Media Driver to join our team in the firearms products for training industry.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about firearms, possess a working understanding of marketing strategies, social media management, and have a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn marketing campaigns from our team and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage the target audience and drive customer acquisition within the firearms industry.
Includes setting up campaigns with successive emails with dynamic content.
We will train you on this exciting and valuable skillset.
- Plan, create, and manage compelling social media content across various platforms to maintain a strong and growing online presence.
Take photos and videos of products usage thereof and assemble content for social media distribution
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, partners, and influencers to expand the reach and impact of marketing efforts with firearms instructors and other affiliates.
- Implement and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive growth and revenue generation.
We will train you on this process.
- Work with management team to monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives.
For example (among 100s), look to other platforms like Rumble, Pinterest, banner ads and even print ads to have targeted marketing and ad campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the firearms community, representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Need to maintain contact with people and respond to comments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Desire to grow skillsets in marketing and social media management within the firearms or relevant industry, or highly motivated to go up the learning curve.
- Decent understanding of (or willingness to learn!) firearms, firearm safety, and the firearms community.
- Some knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools and willing to stay relevant and up to date on latest social media trends.
- Experience in managing affiliate programs and partnerships or willingness to learn our system with affiliate management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, industry professionals, and partners.
